• Issue: The HP VCRM displays a single driver although two drivers are present.
Description: Both drivers are displayed in the Software version control table and are shown
in the Installed Version column in the HP VCA.
The component packs that are affected include the following:
◦ CP003718—Contains Cpqcissm.sys and Cpqcissme.sys drivers
◦ CP003746—Contains Sysmgmt.sys and Cpqasm.sys drivers
◦ CP003745—Contains Sysmgmt.sys and Cpqasm2.sys drivers
• Issue: After successfully configuring a component in the HP VCRM, the Catalog page displays
an invalid icon next to the Support Pack until the Catalog is automatically refreshed.
Workaround: Refresh the HP VCRM catalog page to display the proper status (green flag).
• Issue: The versions of VCRM 7.0 or earlier downloads the Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP)
successfully. However it is not able to populate the catalog resulting in a large consumption
of disk space.
Workaround: To resolve this issue, manually extract the components of the SPP and copy them
to the repository and rescan the components. Alternately, users can also upgrade to Version
Control 7.1 or later where the support is added and extraction of the components is automatic.
