HP Insight Control Linux Edition for HP BladeSystem is an all-in-one software package that provides management
and deployment for HP BladeSystem and its HP ProLiant BL p-Class and c-Class servers. Built on Linux, HP Insight
Control Linux Edition is a complete packaging of HP Control Tower software technologies to deliver an easy-to-
use interface tailored to server blades and optimized for Linux users. HP Control Tower enables operating system
deployment using both standard installation and image-based technologies.
This support matrix lists supported components in an HP Control Tower environment and requirements for each
component. An HP Control Tower environment consists of the following components:
• A dedicated Control Tower Management Appliance (created by installing the HP Control Tower software)
• Target server blades
• Client interface
NOTE: Control Tower has been tested with the firmware and target systems cited in this support matrix. If you
have issues using later versions of these items with Control Tower, contact HP support.
