10.16 Import a certificate

Use this procedure to import a certificate that you receive from a certificate authority as the result
of sending a certificate signing request. For more information, see Create a certificate signing
request.
Prerequisites
• Minimum required privileges: Infrastructure Administrator
• Ensure that no other users are logged in to the appliance
Procedure 51 Importing certificate
1. Select Actions→Import certificate in the Settings screen.
2. Copy the certificate text and paste it into the text area designated by Paste a certificate to
import it into the appliance.
3. Click OK.
4. After the appliance web server restarts and reconnects, log in to the appliance.

be fully qualified. From a supported browser, you can navigate to the appliance using this name
or by using the appliance IP address.
