Run as superuser Description: Indicates whether the script should be run with superuser access when executed.
Selecting Yes allows you to run the script as superuser without providing a
password for the script. This field only appears on the Edit Script page if the
script type is OGFS.
Default value: No
Required: Required for all script types except OGFS.
Script Description Description: Use this text area to create a short, meaningful synopsis of what this script does.
Data type: Character string
The Description has a maximum length of 1333 characters.
Default value: None
Required: Yes

Selecting OK saves the script with the information as entered on the Edit script page.
NOTE: Scripts supplied by Insight Control server provisioning are read only and may not be
overwritten. These are identified by the HP-provided field on the Overview General panel showing
Yes.

6.7 History of script changes
The Scripts History screen displays the modification history for the script selected in the master
pane list of scripts. Select History from the view menu of any scripts screen to see an expanded
history of a script.

The version number of the script. Scripts supplied by Insight Control server provisioning have
version 1. The script version increments automatically when a script is edited and saved.
Revision
The date and time the script was modified.Date
6.8 Overview screen for scripts
The Scripts Overview screen displays information associated with the script selected in the master
pane list of scripts.
This is a read-only view. To edit the script, select or select ActionsEdit.
