HP Insight Control 7.3 Update 1 release provides information on feature enhancements, limitations,
and major and minor issues with suggested actions.
Description
HP Insight Control is a server management software designed to provision, manage, control, and
optimize HP ProLiant servers. For information about Insight Control, see the http://www.hp.com/

Update recommendation
HP recommends that customers running 7.3 version to upgrade to 7.3 Update 1 version.

Operating systems and devices
This release supports the operating systems and devices listed in the Insight Management Support
Matrix.
HP Security Bulletin for Insight Control server deployment
A potential security vulnerability has been identified with HP System Management Homepage
(SMH) running on Linux and Windows and HP Systems Insight Manager (SIM), components of HP
Insight Control server deployment. This is the OpenSSL vulnerability known as "Heartbleed" which
could be exploited remotely resulting in disclosure of information.

HP Insight Control 7.3.1
The following sections list the new capabilities available in this release, organized by HP Insight

requirements for installing and running Insight Control 7.3.1 and lists the latest revisions of already
supported operating systems and hypervisors, non-OS software, and hardware that are introduced
