NOTE: Presented disks appear as local and not as Fiber Channel (FC) disks on Windows
2012 R2 hosts with Qlogic HBAs when queried by the Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) APIs.
To resolve this, install the Qlogic driver (version 9.1.11.24, cp021994.exe) for Windows
