The new Nagios windows are depicted in “Updates to Section 20.3, Using Nagios (page 19).
2.3.3 Refreshing server, switch, and enclosure icons in Nagios.
Nagios, as implemented within Insight Control for Linux contains the /opt/hptc/nagios/share/
images/logos directory, which contains images, both icons and statusmaps. The /opt/hptc/
nagios/bin/hp_svc_nagios script processes these images. You can add images for new
servers, switches, or enclosures to this directory. You need to add two files to this directory for any
new server, switch, or enclosure; they are:
newitem.jpg or newitem.gif The file name used for the icon display.
