Using the iNode client for authentication
Starting up the iNode client
To start up the iNode client, you can follow either way:
• Double-click
on your desktop.
• From the
Start menu, select All Programs > iNode > iNode Intelligent Client > iNode Intelligent
Client
. The path varies with operating system versions and style settings.

Portal authentication example
iNode supports multiple authentication protocols and connection types. Only portal authentication and
common connection type are described in this document.
To set up a portal connection and start authentication, follow these steps:
Step1 Create new connection wizard.
Click
New on the iNode client interface to enter the Create New Connection Wizard page, as shown in
Figure 9, and then click Next.
