Installing the Mac OS iNode
If the iNode client of an earlier version has been installed on the PC, uninstall it before installing a new
version.
Supported Mac operating systems
The following Mac operating systems support the Mac OS iNode:
• Mac OS 10.4
• Mac OS 10.5
• Mac OS 10.6
Installing the Mac OS iNode through GUI
The Mac OS 10.6 is used to exemplify how to install Mac OS iNode through the graphical user interface
(GUI).
To install the Mac OS iNode through GUI, follow these steps:
Step1 Log in to Mac OS as administrator.
Administrator privilege is required when you install Mac OS iNode.
Step2 Replicate installation file to the installation directory.
We recommend that you replicate the configuration file
iNodeClient_MacOS.tar.gz to the personal
directory of the login user.

Step3 Double click the configuration file to decompress it.
