3 FAQ
If endpoint users cannot access the Internet after using iNode OKUTOOL for iNode DC, refer to the
troubleshooting steps in the section matching the operating system of the endpoint PC.
Windows
1. In the Windows Control Panel, double-click Java.
2. Click View in the Java control panel.
3. Delete all iNode Dissolvable Clients.
Linux
1. Select System > Preferences > Java > General.
2. Click View, and delete all iNode Dissolvable Clients.
Mac OS
Mac OS 10.4
1. Select Applications > Utilities > Java > J2SE > Java Cache Viewer > User.
2. Delete all iNode Dissolvable Clients.
Mac OS 10.5
1. Select Applications > Utilities > Java > Java Preferences > Security.
2. Click View Cache files and delete all iNode Dissolvable Clients.
Mac OS 10.6
1. Select Applications > Utilities > Java Preferences > Network.
2. Click View Cache files and delete all iNode Dissolvable Clients.
