General
Warranty assistance includes:
Local business hours support for the warranty number/country that you are calling into and
includes case creation and ongoing case update/ management
Web - Case creation, update/ management
Warranty assistance does not include:
After hours support
Onsite support
90 days of support is included with
the license
Assistance with the initial setup and configuration of purchased software (See more details in
table below)
Answering installation questions, interpreting system error messages, isolating installation
problems, and obtaining software updates.
Provide assistance to clarify if the specific product is being used in a manner aligning with
published deployment guides.
All offered software releases are available for download for 90 days
60 days of support is provided for
IMC trial software
Assistance with the initial setup and basic configuration
Answering installation questions, interpreting system error messages, isolating installation
problems, and obtaining software updates.
