At this point, the only missing component needed to achieve mutual authentication is the
identity certificate of the server. As was the case when the printer was the server, a
certificate request is generated from the IPSC server and submitted to the CA server for
signing. Once signed and installed in the Local Computer Personal Store, trusted client-to-
server communication and thus mutual authentication now exists. See Figure 38
