Shaded entries in the Support Matrix indicate the Ignite-UX version is past EOS and is out of support.
End of support does not mean customers will not be helped. Customers with recovery tapes created
before the EOS date will be provided best effort assistance in helping to recover a system in the
event of a failure to recover. However, new problems will not be investigated on versions already
past EOS. Ignite-UX servers with network recovery or installation problems must be upgraded to
a supported version of Ignite-UX before any new problem is investigated.
Although not explicitly mentioned in the B versions, HP-UX 10.20 EOS is July 2003 without an
extended 10.20 support contract.
