WARNINGS
Some HP media contains protected software. Without providing a codeword and customer ID to this com-
mand to unlock the protected software on such media (or doing it via an SD command previously), no pro-
tected software will be copied to the destination depot. This command does not provide any information
regarding software not copied. See the EXAMPLES section on how to run make_depots and provide a
codeword and customer ID on the command line. If there is protected software that did not get copied, there
will be a message in /var/opt/ignite/logs/make_depots similar to this:
WARNING: The source "host:<path_to_source_depot>" is a
CD-ROM with part number "". This CD-ROM contains both
protected and unprotected software. No codeword or customer ID
was entered and no valid saved ones were found for this
CD-ROM. A valid codeword is not required to access unprotected
software. To find a valid codeword and customer ID, examine
the CD-ROM certificate which you received from HP for this
CD-ROM. If you need access to software on this CD-ROM which is
currently protected, rerun the command and use the "-x
codeword=CODEWORD" and "-x customer_id=CUSTOMER_ID" options to
enter the correct codeword and customer ID.
