The HPSP credentials service uses SSH to communicate to the MSA array in the 9320 system. There is a
known issue with the SSH service that causes a problem. There are several ways to carry out a
recommendation of the FMT to perform firmware updates as shown in the following three examples:
o Use the credentials service for controller credentials:
hpsp_fmt fr storage -cs
o Pass the controller credentials using command line arguments:
hpsp_fmt fr storage ci 10.20.12.122 cu manage cp \!manage
o Prompt for controller user credentials:
hpsp_fmt fr storage ci 10.20.12.122
