Creating a template for configuring file serving nodes
To simplify configuring your file serving nodes, you can create a template to apply to each node.
The template specifies the IP address that the nodes will use to access the management console,
defines how hostnames will be generated for the nodes, and specifies a range of IP addresses to
be used when configuring networks on the nodes.
You can create the template on the Cluster Configuration menu, which starts automatically after
you confirm the management console configuration. Press Esc on any screen to exit the menu if
you do not want to use the template.
1. The Introduction describes how the template is used.
2. The Cluster Configuration Menu operates in the same manner as the Management Console
Configuration Menu. Values specified on the Management Console Configuration Menu are
filled in on the Cluster Configuration menu. You can change these parameters if necessary.
