Connect power cables to the proper power sources.
Power on all of the X9700c enclosures. Wait until the seven-segment display
on the back of all of the X9700c enclosures shows on.
Ensure that the system is completely disconnected from the site network.
Power on the blade enclosure.

If the server blades were powered on when previous step completed (that is,
one or more capacity blocks powered on after the server blades), cycle the
power on all server blades again.
Connect a laptop to one of the ProCurve switches.
Perform the following steps on each server blade in turn:
Connect an ssh session to the server blade and log in. Use the username
root and password hpinvent.
Run the storage diagnostic utility exds_stdiag.

Run the ibrix_health -l command on the active management console
(either a dedicated Management Server or an agile management instance).
Run the exds_stdiag command on each file serving blade to validate that
the storage is seen by every server.
