DETAILS:
When using VIF migration and setting the default route in Ibrix, the default route
is not being set during failback or after a reboot.
This is controlled by "onboot" in the /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-<nic> files.
If onboot=no then Ibrix will up the IF and apply the default route if added in Ibrix.
If onboot=yes then the IF will be up at boot and Ibrix will not apply the default
route. The default route in this configuration can be set in /etc/sysconfig/network.
