New Ibrix Client mount fails "could not get
configuration manager for cluster"

DETAILS:
When I attempt to mount an Ibrix filesystem on a new client, I get the following errors:
[root@lnrsync2 bin]# ./ibrix_lwmount -f lnha1-fm:lnha1a -m /lnha1a Mounting
filesystem lnha1-fm:lnha1a on mountpoint /lnha1a
<-ERROR->: could not get configuration manager for cluster lnha1-fm
command failed
Resolution:
Cluster is configured for mounting via host groups. Customer must add this client to host
group and restart Ibrix on the client.
