DETAILS:
The new deafult is 10 threads per segment server. The old v2.2 default was 3 threads. If
there are less than 10 threads then set the threads to 10.
To set 10 i_adm_server threads from the FM for each seg server:
ibrix_host_tune -a 10 -h <seg_server_name>
Verify all segment servers have 10 threads with:
ps -ef | grep i_adm_server
