Device Transfer Rate
Specify a transfer rate that the controller uses to communicate with the
device. Use one of these switches to limit the transfer rate to
accommodate long cables between the controller and a device, such as
a tape library. Use one of the following values:
TRANSFER_RATE_REQUESTED=20MHZ (default)
TRANSFER_RATE_REQUESTED=10MHZ
TRANSFER_RATE_REQUESTED=5MHZ
TRANSFER_RATE_REQUESTED=ASYNCHRONOUS
