Vendor-specific SCSI ASC and ASCQ codes
Table 48 lists HSG60 and HSG80 controller vendor-specific SCSI ASC and
ASCQ codes. These codes are also template-specific and appear at byte offsets 12
and 13.
Note: Additional codes that are common to all SCSI devices can be found in the Small
Computer System Interface-2 (SCSI-2)
specification.
