secondary_rc Possible values are:
AP_CP_OR_SNA_SVCMG_UNDELETABLE
The specified mode name is one of the SNA-defined
mode names, and cannot be deleted.
AP_MODE_NAME_NOT_DEFD
The specified mode name is not the name of a mode
defined on the SNAplus2 system.
AP_DEL_MODE_DEFAULT_SPCD
The specified mode was defined as the default mode
using the DEFINE_DEFAULTS verb, so it cannot be
deleted.
AP_MODE_UNDELETABLE
The specified mode name is one of the SNA-defined
mode names, and cannot be deleted.

codes associated with AP_PARAMETER_CHECK, which are common to all
NOF verbs.
