secondary_rc Possible values are:
AP_CANT_DELETE_CP_LU
The supplied LU name was blank (indicating the LU
associated with the CP); this LU cannot be deleted.
AP_INVALID_LU_NAME
The supplied LU name is not the name of a local LU
defined on the SNAplus2 system.
