The implicit_dspu_services parameter was set to a
reserved value.
AP_INVALID_TEMPLATE_NAME
The DSPU template specified on the
implicit_dspu_template parameter was not valid.

codes associated with AP_PARAMETER_CHECK, which are common to all
NOF verbs.
Returned Parameters: State Check
If the verb does not execute because of a state error, SNAplus2 returns
the following parameters.
primary_rc AP_STATE_CHECK
secondary_rc Possible values are:
AP_PORT_ACTIVE
The specified port cannot be modified because it is
currently active.
AP_DUPLICATE_PORT_NUMBER
A port with the specified port_number has already
been defined.
