If adj_cp_type is set to AP_BACK_LEVEL_LEN_NODE
or AP_HOST_XID3, specify whether to suppress
inclusion of the Network Name CV in the format 3 XID
sent to the LEN node, using one of the following values:
AP_NO
Include the Network Name CV in the XID.
AP_SUPPRESS_CP_NAME
Do not include the Network Name CV.
If adj_cp_type is set to any other value, this
parameter is ignored.

Node ID of adjacent node. This is a 4-byte hexadecimal
string,consisting of a block number (three hexadecimal
digits) and a node number (five hexadecimal digits).
Set it to zeros to disable node ID checking. If this link
station is defined on a switched port, the node_id must
be unique, and there may only be one null node_id on
each switched port.
def_data.local_node_id
Node ID sent in XIDs on this LS. This is a 4-byte
hexadecimal string, consisting of a block number (3
hexadecimal digits) and a node number (5 hexadecimal
digits). Set it to zeros to use the node ID specified in the
DEFINE_NODE verb.
