Returned Parameters: State Check
If the verb does not execute because of a state error, SNAplus2 returns
the following parameters.
primary_rc AP_STATE_CHECK
secondary_rc Possible values are:
AP_INVALID_CP_NAME
The specified CP name is already defined in a directory
entry, and is not a LEN node.
AP_INVALID_LU_NAME
One or more of the specified LU names was already
defined on a different parent node.
