Communications Subsystem Not Active
If the verb does not execute because a required component is not active,
SNAplus2 returns the following parameters:
primary_rc AP_COMM_SUBSYSTEM_ABENDED
secondary_rc One of the following:
AP_LOCAL_ABENDED
The SNAplus2 software has stopped.
AP_TARGET_ABENDED
The target node has stopped or the communication
path to it has failed.
primary_rc AP_COMM_SUBSYSTEM_NOT_LOADED
The SNAplus2 software is not active.
secondary_rc Not used.
primary_rc AP_NODE_NOT_STARTED
The target node has not been started.
secondary_rc Not used.
primary_rc AP_NODE_STOPPING
The target node is in the process of stopping (as a
result of a TERM_NODE verb).
secondary_rc Not used.
