This is an 8-byte type-A EBCDIC string, padded on the
right with spaces if the name is shorter than 8
characters.

A null-terminated text string describing the LU, as
specified in the definition of the LU.
nau_address
Network accessible unit address of the LU.
lu_sscp_sess_active
Specifies whether the SSCP session is active-that is,
whether the ACTLU has been successfully processed.
Possible values are:
AP_YES
The session is active.
AP_NO
The session is not active.
appl_conn_active
Specifies whether an application is using the LU.
Possible values are:
AP_YES
An application is using the LU.
AP_NO
No application is using the LU.
plu_sess_active
Specifies whether the PLU-SLU session has been
activated. Possible values are:
AP_YES
The session is active.
AP_NO
The session is not active.
