Defaults
No announcing VLAN is configured. The announcing VLANs are the enabled VLANs.

Parameters
vlan-list: Specifies the announcing VLAN list that includes multiple announcing VLANs. The VLAN list is
represented in the form of vlan-list = { vlan-id [ to vlan-id ] }&<1-10>, where vlan-id specifies a VLAN ID
in the range of 1 to 4094 and &<1-10> indicates that you can specify up to ten { vlan-id [ to vlan-id ] }
parameters.
null: Specifies that the announcing VLAN list does not include any VLANs.
Usage guidelines
Announcing VLANs forward Hello frames between RBs. The DRB uses the VLANs in the following set for
sending Hello frames: enabled VLANs ∩ (announcing VLANs ∪ designated VLAN). A non-DRB uses the
