PW status communication method:
• Notification method—Notifies the PW status through Notification messages.
• Label withdraw method—Assigns a PW label to the PW when the state of the
AC associated with PW is up and withdraws the PW label when the AC state
becomes down.

PW ID FEC information advertised from the local PE to the peer PE/PW ID FEC
