Type
Role of the local device in the neighbor relationship:
• Active—The local device actively sends hello requests to the neighbor.
• Passive—The local end passively receives hello requests from the neighbor
and replies with hello ACK messages.

Hello state
Local hello state:
• Idle—Hello extension is disabled locally.
• Init—Hello extension is enabled locally. The local device failed to
exchange hellos with the neighbor or hello exchanges are in progress.
• Up—Hello extension is enabled locally. The local device successfully
exchanged hellos with the neighbor.
Hello type
