Getting help with installation

An HP–authorized service provider will assist with the installation of the HP StorageWorks

4000/6000/8000 Enterprise Virtual Array hardware and software components. You should not attempt

to install or set up the Enterprise Virtual Array without an H P –authorized service provider.

day, 7 days a week.

installation and operation of the storage system. A CD containing all user do cumentation is included

Storage system software The HP System Software for Enterprise Virtual Array v5.100 must be installed on the Enterprise Virtual Array. This software is preinstalled on each new storage system; it should not be necessary to reinstall it.
