HP StorageWorks HP-UX connectivity 4.0C for the 3000/5000 Enterprise Virtual Array Release Notes (5697-6586, March 2007)

The internal identication of the EVA3000 controller is HSV101, and the internal identication of
the EVA 5000 controller is HSV111. The HSV101 and HSV111 identication is internal to the VCS
code, the bezel indicates EVA3000 (HSV100) or EVA5000 (HSV110).
Support is provided for booting from a storage area network (SAN).
The same HBA can attach to any combination of the following storage systems:
HP Storag eWorks 3000/5000 Enterprise Virtual Array Active/Active (EVA 3000/ 5000 A / A)
HP StorageWorks 4000/6000/8000 Enterprise Virtual Array (EVA4000/6000/8000)
HP StorageWorks XP series

representative to congure your system and perform the migration procedure.
