Sun Solaris server does not support EVA LUN 0
If L UN 0 is presented to the Solaris server, the iSCS I initiator tries to bring it online as a disk device and
the following warning is sent to the console and to the /var/adm/messages le.

LUN 0 is the HSV controller device. By default, the HSV is not included in the
/kernel/drv/scsi_vhci.conf le a nd is treated as an asymmetrical device for LUN access.
If the following lines are added to the /kernel/drv/scsi_vhci.conf le with LU N 0 present, any
mpathadm comm and will panic the server after the reboot.
