If the VCS firmwa
re image file is the wrong image, an Operation failed message is displayed. See
Figure 38.ClickOK to return to the Initialized Storage System Properties window.

Bad image header (Status code 65)
HP Command View EVA sends the VCS controller firmware to the controller in segments. As each
segment is received, it is validated by the controller. HP Command View EVA monitors each segment
transfer and displays the transfer status information.
If a problem occurs, the process stops and HP Command View displays the segment transfer that was not
successful. This is typically caused by a problem i n the VCS controller firmware image file or the selection
of the wrong firmw ar e image file. See Figure 39. If this error occurs, do the following:
1. Click OK to return to the Initialized Storag e System Properties window.
2. Click Cod e load to begin the code load sequence again.
3. Ensure that you select the correct fi rmware image file, and continue the process.
If the process fails again with the same message, download the firmware image file a gain and repeat
the p rocess.
