Solving problems downloading the system software file (Step
6)
If you cannot download the system software file, right-click the link and save it to your desktop. Then,
double click the save d file on the desktop, which opens a window with the link to the file. Click the
link and save it to a directory.
NOTE:
The VCS firmware image file name has an extension of .sss.Thefile name contains the HSV controller
model (100 for EVA3000 and 110 for EVA5000) and the VCS version. For example, 100_3110.SSS is
the name of the VCS 3.110 file for the HSV100 contr oller.
