Customer Self Repair (CSR) support

To beneﬁt those customers who prefer the convenience of replacing failed components them selves,

the EVA3000/5000 and W EBES (described above) have been designed to facilitate customer

self repair. For more information, see the Hewlett-Packard Company Limited Warranty at

or contact HP Services.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in VCS v4.001:

General issues

• Addressed port speed negotiation issues.

• Improved the process for failing drives during data reconstruction.

• Resolved an issue that cou ld potentially cause controller shutdown during blower replacement

due to temperature limits.
