Version: 3.110 Description This document describes VMware operating system connectivity for HP StorageWorks 3000/5000 Enterprise Virtual Array (EVA3000/5000) controller software. NOTE: VMware HBA drivers are embedded in the ESX system software. Enhancements This release includes the following enhancements: • Support for EVA3000/5000 controller software 3.110 • The internal identification of the EVA3000 controller is HSV101, and the internal identification of the EVA5000 controller is HSV111. The HSV101 and HSV111 identification is internal to the VCS code, the bezel indicates EVA3000 (HSV100) or EVA5000 (HSV110).
Under storage, click Storage software, and then select HP StorageWorks Command View EVA Software under Storage Device Management Software. Select the version of the HP StorageWorks Command View EVA Media Kit you want to download. NOTE: SSSU cannot run from an ESX or a GSX server.
