Corrective Action: Stop the WebesEventListener service running on your system, and then install
the new version of the WEBES Listener Service.
• Source information missing from some tape events:
Some of the SNMP events from HP Storage Tape Libraries do not get displayed under HP Storage
Tape folder in OpsMgr console.
Severity: Low.
Corrective Action: All such events can be seen under HP Storage folder with event source as
"0".
• Disorder in the P4000 Alerts/Events description :
The attributes value in the description of the P4000 alert/events in the SCOM console is in disorder
with respect to the attributes name.
Severity: Medium.
Corrective Action: Check the description of the event in the Centralized Management Console of
the P4000.
