Issue Resolution
No Modbus communication occurs
between the ION power meters and the
Observer software.
Verify that the Modbus plug-in for Device Manager was installed
correctly. For more information, see Installing a Modbus plug-in
component ("(Optional) Installing a Modbus plug-in component" on
page 43).
