4. Select Start\Command Prompt.
5. After the command prompt appears, enter one of the following commands, depending on the version
that you are updating from:
o If you are updating from version 5.0.2, enter:
update.bat root dbuser ./ 5.0.2
o If you are updating from version 5.0.3, enter:
