methods including WINS and NetBT broadcasts, which could
result in incorrect name resolution for VFS names.
User Authentication and Security
HP Clustered File System uses Windows credentials to authorize access
to the cluster. By default, members of the machine local Administrators
group have access to the cluster and can perform all cluster operations,
including FS Option for Windows operations. If desired, the HP
Clustered File System Role-Based Security Control Panel can be used to
create a role specifically for file-sharing operations. See the HP Clustered
File System Administration Guide for more information.
HP Clustered File System requires that Active Directory be configured.

HP Clustered File System for Windows File Serving sets share-level
permissions to
EVERYONE:FULL_CONTROL. The administrator should set
permissions on the filesystem to control access to data instead of setting
permissions at the share level.
