network communication DATE HH:MM:SS and was excluded from
the SAN to protect filesystem integrity
The server was excluded from the cluster because it could no longer
communicate over the network. The server should be rebooted at the first
opportunity. Also check the network and make sure that the server is not
experiencing a resource shortage.

DiskImportError: <server> unable to access imported disk
<disk_id>/psd<n>
When the cluster configuration was imported to the server, it was not
able to access the specified disk. The filesystems on the disk were not
mounted on the server.
To correct this problem, first verify that the server has physical access to
the disk in question and that the disk is not experiencing hardware
problems. Then attempt a reboot. If the same error occurs after one
reboot, contact HP Technical Support.
Error adding <entity>: I/O error sending to server
Error disabling <entity>: I/O error sending to server
Error enabling <entity>: I/O error sending to server
Error updating <entity>: I/O error sending to server
If you receive one of these errors, you can attempt to resolve it by
restarting HP Clustered File System. If this is unsuccessful, call HP
Technical Support.
