HP customer self repair (CSR) programs allow you to repair your StorageWorks pro duct. If a CSR
part needs repl
acing, HP ships the par t directly to you so that you can install it a t your convenience.
Some parts do no
t qualify for CSR. Your HP-authorized service provider will determine whether a repair
can be accomplished by CSR.
