Run the DPM mini-setup
Before you begin:
• Ensure that you have the product license key from the COA card
that shipped with your HP ProLiant Data Protection Storage Server.
• Ensure that you assigned a host name to th e server and joined
the server to the domain.
• Ensure that you are logged into the HP ProLiant Data Protection
Storage Server as a local or domain administrator.
• You must be connected via the Direct attach or remote desktop
methods. The Remote browser method does not show the desktop,
so you can not run DPM mini-setup from the Remote browser
method.
1. On the desktop, double-click the Microsoft System Center Data
Protection Manager 2006 icon.
TheDPMMini-SetupWelcomewindowopens.
2. Review the information and click Next.
The License Agreement window opens.
3. Click Next to accept the terms of the license agreement.
