Why can't I open a PDF attachment in the HP Designjet ePrint & Share app?
When you open a PDF from an app on your tablet or smartphone, you will see a list of apps that you can
use to open the file. You should see the HP Designjet ePrint & Share app listed here.
In Apple® devices, this list will show only up to 10 apps. If you have installed the HP Designjet ePrint &
Share app, but it is not listed, the only way to make it appear is to uninstall some of the other apps on
the list.
What are the system requirements for the HP Designjet ePrint & Share app?
To use HP Designjet ePrint & Share from your PC:
 Computer hardware:
o Microsoft® Windows® XP with Service Pack 3:
 Intel® Pentium family or AMD K6/Athlon/Duron family (1 GHz)
 1 GB RAM
 2 GB available hard disk space
o Microsoft Windows Vista®:
 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor (1 GHz)
 2 GB RAM
 2 GB available hard disk space
 Operating system:
o Microsoft Windows XP (32-bit) with Service Pack 3
o Microsoft Windows Vista (32- or 64-bit) with Service Pack 21
o Microsoft Windows 7 (32- or 64-bit) with the latest Windows updates1
o Microsoft Windows 8 (32- or 64-bit) with the latest Windows updates1
 Microsoft .NET Framework:
o No specific .NET Framework is required to run the HP Designjet ePrint & Share installer
o .NET 4.0 is required for the HP Designjet driver with ePrint & Share; if it is not installed,
the installer will download and install it
