Can I upload content from my PC to HP Designjet ePrint & Share?
No. You can only save a copy of your printed file to HP Designjet ePrint & Share.
Anytime you print from HP Designjet ePrint & Share (using the HP Designjet driver with ePrint & Share,
a web browser, the app, an HP Designjet ePrinter's touchscreen, or an FTP site) it will automatically
upload a copy of the document to your Online Print History.
If the file is actually printed but no copy is placed on the Online Print History, ensure you are logged in
to HP Designjet ePrint & Share in Uploader Manager or if scanning a job from the HP Designjet T2300 or
T2500 eMFP that you have logged in to the ePrint & Share application on the ePrinter.
Why can't I see my printer when using HP Designjet ePrint & Share from a web browser?
You may not be able to see your printer when using HP Designjet ePrint & Share from a web browser
because:
The HP Designjet printer has not been set up for use with HP Designjet ePrinter & Share.
o Set up your HP Designjet ePrinter
The printer is in Locked mode and you are not on the list of users with remote access.
o The printer administrator can add approved users at the HP ePrintCenter/HP
Connected
o Once you are logged in to the HP ePrintCenter/HP Connected, go to ePrinter Settings
and add the email address linked to your HP Designjet ePrint & Share account.
o You can also add the email addresses of other people to grant them remote printing
privileges from that particular printer.
Why haven't I received my activation mail to enable remote printing?
Sometimes, depending on your email provider, your spam filter may block this message. Please check
your Junk folder. If you find the message there, move it to your Inbox, and then click the email's link to
activate remote printing. The subject of the email is "Activate ePrint on your HP ePrint and Share
Library."
