HP Designjet ePrint & Share from a web browser
Where can I find my online print history?
You can find your online print history by logging in to HP Designjet ePrint & Share.
Alternatively, you can access it through the History link in your Upload Manager (located in your
Windows bar).
Why can't I see a print preview of my job when using HP Designjet ePrint & Share from a
web browser?
The Print Preview feature is available only when printing from your local network. When printing
through the cloud to printers outside of your network, only a thumbnail is available.
Why can't I find a file that's been shared with me?
There are two main reasons why you may not be able to see a shared file:
The sender has stop sharing the URL, meaning the URL has been deactivated and the link will no longer
work.
You have not clicked the link in the notification email. For security reasons, every time someone shares
a file by sending you a URL, you will need to activate the URL by clicking it. The file will then appear in
your Shared with Me folder in HP Designjet ePrint & Share.
NOTE: You need to have an HP Designjet ePrint & Share account to view the file shared through the
URL.
