Printhead Message
Description
Procedure
XX20 Recover The printhead is loosing its
capability to produce the best
image quality consistently.
The printhead is still able to
produce good image quality.
However this is the first
symptom of an aging printhead.
If the image quality is acceptable, you will not
need to take any action. Continue using the
printhead until the “Replace” message is
displayed.
If the image quality is NOT acceptable:
1. Try the Using the Image Quality Print
.
2. If after you have performed the recovery
procedure, the image quality is still not
acceptable, see Correcting the Configuration
